The December Full Moon in Cancer is always a deep dive into the emotional heart of Winter. Occurring just days after the Winter Solstice, the 2023 Cancer Full Moon illuminates our path to and through emotional evolution for the next year. Cancer is where we mother ourselves, where we learn the importance of internal authority and emotional self-reliance. At this the darkest time of the year (in the northern hemisphere), this full moon guides us inward to the waters of wisdom, memory, and the workings of our inner lives. This hidden place is where we first come into relationship with home, comfort, and nurturance. Here we are brought back to our first home, the waters of our mothers. 

As the sun in Capricorn and moon in Cancer will be squaring the lunar nodes in Aries and Libra, this Full Moon promises to highlight the present shift in consciousness toward the qualities of those cardinal signs: dynamic vision, ideating, and leadership. 

Come join Sanpriti of @sanpritilife as she guides circle, teaching the basic astrology of this moon, then leading us through supportive and invigorating breathwork and meditation that focuses on emotional nurturance and gratitude. Bring whatever you need to be comfortable during meditation, as well as some water and a journal if you like.
