Enjoy the evening with the medicine and spirit of Damiana. Damiana is the medicine that invites you to tap into your senses and tune into your sensual nature. She is the MUSE that creates pleasant, unexpected surprises, with the ability to open parts of you that have been dimmed for some time. Damiana’s spirit invokes desire, creativity and self-expression and reminds you to be unapologetic about your personal desires.

Damiana is Native to the Caribbean, Mexico, and South American parts of the world, for centuries she has been utilized to enhance Sexual Health, and Eases Symptoms of Anxiety and Depression.

During this journey, you will also learn about the medicinal uses, history, folklore, magical uses and drink the medicine of Damiana. You may come with a question as we will go on a shamanic journey to meet the Spirit of Damiana where you will receive wisdom and information that may help you on your path. Although having a question is not required.

In plant consciousness work, each plant has gifts it wishes to share with you. The plants nudge us toward finding balance within the gifts that it offers. Other workshops exploring different plant medicines will follow within the Earth Medicine Journey.

No Experience Needed

Please bring water, pen and paper, a small personal item with you to place on the altar, a yoga mat or blanket, to lie on for the drum journey, as well as a bandana or eye mask to cover your eyes. Please arrive 15 minutes early.

LeAnne Feliciano (Little Big Thunder)

LeAnne Feliciano is a holistic and shamanic practitioner who has been working with plants since the age of 16, when she felt that the plants were speaking to her. Her curiosity grew from there, and 9 years ago, when she attended the Southeastern Wise Women’s Retreat, where her understanding reached new levels. Within the 5 years Leanne has been undertaking a series of 40-day plant consciousness journeys with plants such as Rosehip, Cacao, Mugwort, Feverfew, St. John’s Wort and many more. She has studied under Pam Montgomery, author of Plant Spirit Healing and Corinna Woods with S.E Wise Woman.

She has learned that the plants wish to be acknowledged and to be communicated with as they were in the old ways, by recognizing their medicinal purposes and their sacred value. Her passion is to share with others the magic of working with the consciousness of plants, as well as to encourage others to form their own personal relationships with them.

LeAnne is also a qualified Clinical and Master Hypnotherapist, Reiki Master, Otter Dance Earth Medicine Practitioner in the Shamanic arts, Integrative Healing Arts Practitioner, Peer Support Specialist and Recovery Coach.
