About the event

Join Mary Beth on April 11th for a Libra Full Moon Healing Circle from 6:30–8 PM.

In this sacred circle, we will dive into the harmonious and balancing energy of the Libra Full Moon. Together, we will discuss these energies along with other planetary influences present in the sky.

We will also practice gentle to moderate yoga stretches to support, recharge, and strengthen our connection to the air element, with a focus on the lower back—Libra’s ruler in the body. This will be followed by a guided visualization infused with a little sound healing to enhance Libra’s energy.

Important Details:

We will start the circle with yoga. Please arrive ready to begin the practice.
Bring a blanket or mat for comfort while sitting and lying on the floor. A journal and water are also recommended.
