•Please increase your water intake the days leading up to this ceremony. Honor your body by eating healthy & light the day of.

•Let yourself enjoy and embrace a powerful act of self-care as you are guided into receiving the healing vibrations of quartz crystal singing bowls, and other harmonic tools.

The sounds and vibrations interact powerfully with our bodies, cleansing and rejuvenating us physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. Blocks and tensions are washed away, leaving you centered, energized, and connected with the world around you.

As a healer, her work integrates shamanic practices, energetic medicine, sound therapy, and other holistic modalities. She encourages individuals, groups, families, and communities to explore and discover their own inner wisdom through sound and sacred ceremonies.
